01

Why physical pricing differs from spot

Final physical gold pricing reflects supplier premium, product format, purity verification, logistics, insurance, market spread, taxes where applicable and contractual terms — none of which are captured by spot.

02

Procurement fee preview

A minimum 10% procurement, handling and intermediation fee applies to every transaction coordinated through the platform. Activation and action fees are settled separately via Stripe.

03

From reference to mandate

The reference value never constitutes a binding offer. Operational review, supplier sourcing and verified pricing only begin after mandate activation, KYC submission and Stripe payment confirmation.
